The place was very clean, staff were very nice, would go again!
There was no show door so the majority of the en suite bathroom got soaked

Location
There was no noticeable difference between the standard room and the next tier up. So the additional cost was not fair.

Nice property, a little away from town but a nearby tram was good. Was quiet.
A tiny bit crammed but overall nice.

Location was great and staff were friendly
The room I was in was on the ground floor right inside a door so anytime anyone came in it was very loud and could be heard from the room, room service every morning were set up outside my room window so again really loud, not quite sure how this place is classed as 4 star as there are no actual hotel facilities just the room you stay in. Rooms very dark and decor outdated
