Short tram ride into the heart of Amsterdam.
Very quiet and front reception staff member Michael was friendly and extremely helpful.

We enjoyed the comfort and proximity to the city center. Was easy to walk to most places and the public tram stop is right out front to take you deeper into the center such as red-light district /Chinatown area.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel offers bag storage as well which is great pre and post checkout.
The air conditioner was a life saver!!
The sink was linking at the bottom and the shower is open door concept so water often flows pretty far out.
Fridge was nice but also not the coldest it probably should be
