Nice quiet location, accessibility to all the museums, no noise, very helpful staff, possibility of leaving the luggage and enjoy the city additionally woth 2 free hands

Very convenient location and easy to walk to all major museums. Very easy to get to and from the Airport on the bus.
Beware steep stairs but there is an elevator.

We liked the location, as it was easy to catch various trams and also the airport bus stop was only a block away. The staff were all very friendly. While it was more homey than elegant, the housekeeping was top notch and the room had everything you could want. We had a large double with a king bed. The breakfast room was pretty and the breakfast extensive! The elevator was appreciated.

Window impossible to open
Very narrow stairs, both inside and the outside stoop
Minimal furniture in room, and cheaply made. Got a splinter from the nightstand.
Always had to go downstairs to the front desk , and ring the receptionist for them to come up and answer questions.
Not convenient. No phone from room to reception.
