Excellent location. Great breakfast! The staff was exceptional.

The bath tub is deep. They need more grab bars to get out of the tub

This hotel is in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet and we enjoyed the tree lined view. The hotel is close to several museums and a park. It is also within walking distance of several great restaurants (The Seafood Bar!!). We opted for the breakfast and the chef prepared me an exceptional diary free breakfast each morning.

We stayed there all 9 nights of our stay in Amsterdam so we had alot of opportunity to evaluate things. The location in the museum district was lovely, and we went to all 4 of them nearby. Good upscale shopping was nearby. It's a nice area for walking. The museum district is on the fringe of many other tourist and historic locations. We took the city train ALOT in order to get around, thankfully stops for 2 train lines were within 1 block and they ran frequently.

There are 3 schools on the street; so very noisy at times during the day, otherwise quiet. This was not a problem for us. The room was a disappointment; small, just a regular room (not at all "executive"). The tub was a jacuzzi but was not operational. The TV was antiquated! Not a smart TV, No streaming or cable provided; really unacceptable for even the most basic hotel these days. The breakfast was nice but an add-on. The staff were really great, but when these issues were brought up they said there was a new owner.

Location and staff were excellent. The woman who checked us in was very helpful giving us directions . We appreciated the local restaurant list and 110 volt outlet in the room. The bed was comfortable.

The room was awkwardly arranged. The sink is inside the door and not with the shower and toilet. The space between the sink and bed/bath area is very narrow and difficult for 2 people to move around each other.
