The location, the staff, my second room after relocation was great.

Bugs in my first room bathroom . shower and on the wall by my bed. Very unsatisfying, not what I expected from a hotel like this .

Breakfast was good and the pool area was really nice

One of the elevators was down the whole weekend and the hotel has 10 floors so we had to wait a few extra minutes to get up/down from the room

Fresh waRm coookies! YaaaY! Love it sooo much, reminded me of My stays in Hawaii!!! Sooo good Here… Starbucks is right next to the Hotel tooo! Location awesome… parking Nice, stafff extra Nice! Thank you Front Desk Ladies… great service.

Stay a little bit Longer… lol Da Vegas Style Heat… From Vegas Sooo Summer Is Krazy Hot back Home… California was Blazing Hot the week we were there…

Excellent front desk staff - friendly and responsive to concerns.

Hot water did not work in shower. The first morning, we attributed it to several guests using at the same time. When it happened the second morning at a completely different time, we knew there was a problem and reported it. Neither of us could take a normal shower. In less than 5 minutes, the water was ice cold. I couldn't even finish rinsing out my hair. We were moved to a different room for the final night, but the problem persisted there as well - shower started out warm, then got colder in a very short time. When we reported the problem again, a maintenance person promptly came to our room. He turned on the shower (which started out warm of course), unscrewed the shower head, said it was fine, screwed it back on and left in all of 3 minutes. When we reported this the next morning, we were told we weren't the only guests having problems with warm showers!! There is a BIG problem going on in this hotel and I hope it is fixed sooner than later because if it wasn't for the cold showers, this would have been an EXCELLENT stay.
