Beautiful location and service. Can't speak to the amenities on the water or the food, but they had a wonderful comedy show. Tough crowd but great comedians. Would highly recommend. Very convenient location too, try restaurants, especially PEC BBQ. Very great and family friendly (they have ring and beanbag tosses and great/cheap food)
There were some crumbs that weren't cleaned up on the pullout couch when we pulled it out, and the walls between cabins were paper thin. We had to have the TV on for a bit before bed so we wouldn't hear a couple in the next room.

Best asset is the location with generous grounds and beautiful beach. Second best is the restaurant with good food and lovely view. Beds are comfortable and clean.
Great potential but cries out for TLC and a good scrub.
Our room, at "The Inn" no better than a very basic Motel Room, therefor overpriced. Very small bathroom with one single hook and no toilet seat. Whole place deserves a better quality renovation to what it is.
