breakfast ok. friendly and efficient staff. But the fridge placing very close to 1 bed , not inside any cabinet, was quite noisy during the night, affecting sleep quality..

The breakfast was great, staff in the morning where very pleasant. Evening staff could have been a bit more helpful as to where to park.
There was a train that went by our end of the building several time throughout the night, that took a bit of getting use to. Stairs were also a problem to get to the rooms and breakfast.

the hot tub was not working. maybe because it’s close to summer?

It was a very easy location to get into and out. The staff was very friendly. We left some clothing hanging up and forgot to take it with us when we left. The staff actually called and told us we forgot items and put it at the front counter for us and we went back later in the day and gathered our belongings.

Big room, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Hot tub was not working. I wish that was announced or warranted a discount. After a long drive, that is the reason why we picked this location.

Every time we travel Thru ,we steh there and this time we see a nice improvement and renovation of the Rooms we will go there agin. Good Parking

Pool and hot tub were closed but we weren't advised in advance. Too pricey for what you get.

We were in Salmon Arm for my Dad's funeral. All the staff were amazing.
Not a criticism, just a suggestion. maybe have larger mats at the door, especially in winter
