Location
Our bathroom was dirty, mainly the shower. Had to wait to long for room service to bring us pillows and sheets that we’re missing for the sofa sleeper.

Great staff, included happy hour and very central to all main sites in Austin

Fantastic location. Comfortable room. Kids loved the pool. Appreciated getting water & snacks on check in. Lovely breakfast.
The happy hour was so busy & there weren’t enough staff.

View from room 902 was PERFECT to watch fireworks.
Holidays are going to be busy, however, staffing up for the influx would have been nice as standing in line for almost 1.5 hours to get checked in was ridiculous, line out the front door. Food order app did not work, our "premium" snacks/drinks were not in room and had to wait 3 hours to receive them after calling for them. Paint / wall peeling in bathroom and bed was like sleeping on the box spring, VERY hard and uncomfortable.
