The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a nice view from the 10th floor. Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out, and the valet got our vehicle in and out quickly!
The bar/restaurant closed at 10:00, so by the time we got back to the hotel from the football game we had to go somewhere else to get food and a drink.

Clean well groomed place for a night stay. Location is great to downtown walking distance to events.
Pet friendly means more money. Not explained. We have two dogs that are under 7lbs combined and have to pay 75 dollars per night not to include the mandatory parking that is an additional 55 dollars per night. A/C did not work well and spoke with GIO ( manager) and an obvious not a (X gen) rude and sarcastic and spoke with condensing manner to an person twice his age. Very unprofessional.
