I liked it had shuttle service to & from the airport. Most of the staff was nice.

There was 3 of Us & only got 2 meal coupons a day. The main floor lobby was good, after getting off the elevator, it smelled & the room wasn't any better. We registered for 2 nights & stayed for 1. With the name (Hilton) Garden Inn I expected a whole lot better. Once it gets renovated then maybe I would stay again?? Also advertised a pool & was getting worked on, would've to go to another hotel to go to the pool.

The location was fantastic

The rooms are dated, in need of renovations. It's not what I expected from the Hilton chain.

there was a shoe print on the ceiling in the room. ice machine didn’t work and the pool was closed.

The room was comfortable, food was fantastic.

There was a water leak in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I didn’t even get a discount on my room for having to move in the middle of the night.

Not cleaning up the room every two days is nasty the rug was really dirty the bathroom was okay didn't even get enough towels didn't even have a clean room every two days would be recommended because who would want to have a dirty room with a baby so gross didn't even provide room service or even free breakfast for staying 7 nights.

it was clean and good location

the morning staff did not give me my wake up call, answer the phone at front desk or tell me breakfast was not available till After 6 am. the front desk gal was indifferent, cold and unresponsive to my questions.

shower curtain was filthy and stinky up the entire room. the rug needs to be cleaned and there was something on the ceiling. it was gross but I was stuck with it.

I loved the whirlpool bath in the room, and the beds were incredible.

A couple of the staff members who I talked to on the phone were very rude. Poor customer service.

Food ok but could have more than what was offered. No syrup for hot french toast.

Think Being locked out of room for 2 days. The mgr there must be crazy not to at least call your customer if he or she thinks my credit card was denied for 50.00. Still don't know what that was all about. Hot tub closed and pool green from what looked to be algae. Pi__ poor management.

The free shuttle was an excellent convenience. The rooms were clean.

The pool was ice cold, couldn't even enjoy a dip in it. Even though the rooms came with free breakfast, it was like pulling teeth to get the free breakfast.
