I liked the aesthetic. It is a beautiful updated space.
I had to pay a lot for the room, way more than it was worth. However, I didn't know anything about Anchorage when I booked so am glad I stayed at the Wildbirch my first night in Anchorage.

Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Good location.
For the cost, I would expect our room to be cleaned. It wasn’t. When I asked about it, they told me only if I request it. Why didn’t they tell me that when I checked in? The restaurant wasn’t great. When they brought my husband’s dinner I was to,d they ran out of what I ordered. Why didn’t they tell me earlier so that I could have ordered something else. If I ordered it after they to,d me it would not have arrived in time for me to eat with my husband. So I didn’t order anything.

Front desk staff were great to talk to
The room was really dark and had low ceiling. It felt really cramped. There was hardly any place to open the suitcase.
They didn't clean the room and told us that we should have asked for it. There was no communication about it anywhere though
