the first stay was perfect, we love the loft room but for this one, the studio suite, was too soft, me and my boyfriend was sinking in the middle, and we didn’t sleep well. and the bed is near the door, so we can hear all the people going through the ice machine

No air conditioning and stairs to get to room

we love everything. we didn't expect it to be as neat and modern.

this stay was perfect.

we had a suit, with a kitchenette. We had a balcony with a nice view. there was a pool, hot tub and sauna. easy parking.

A few blocks from downtown. But I guess if it was closer to downtown, our view would not have been as nice.

Cozy clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Nice walk to the retail area. Beautiful.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable. It's so worn that it sunk in the middle, so it was not good for a couple to sleep together at all! The hide a bed springs were awful, and you could feel every spring. Our 6 year old complained every night even when using the extra blankets for additional padding(5 nights stay). The smell of grease when arriving in the room was atrocious, so we bought a candle to rid the smell. The fireplaces are a lovely touch to some of the rooms, providing people know how to read the instructions posted rather than setting off the smoke alarm in their rooms. The room across the hall filled our room with the smell of fire smoke all evening and night. Not one night we're we able to sleep through the night due to being so uncomfortable. Not to mention the guy next door smoking on the balcony when there is clearly a sign not to and you sign upon check in that you are aware of it. The sliding of his patio door at all hours of the night from going in and out was quite annoying. We will definitely be choosing a different hotel next year when we are back in Jasper.

Hot tub and pool area were nice.

Didn't like that the bed was located so close to the door that you could hear every person in the hallway. And the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that my husband and I could barely sleep.

Very good value for the money.

Would be nice if TVs in the rooms were smart or at least had boxes where you could connect to netflix or disney.

Pool and hot tub were great. Loved the two level suites with single beds.

Kitchen had bare basics so it made it interesting to cook. There was also a constant loud humming noise that we were told was the boiler. Bathroom was also really small.

The location is an easy walk to the main streets for food and shopping options. I stay here for the quick drive to the mountain for skiing. The restaurant has good food and fun drinks but is a little pricey. There are lockers for your ski equipment in the main building and they make it easy by leaving a key for your room's locker in your room. Clean and decent sized rooms.

There is a big pool, dry sauna, steam room and a hot tub (all in door). I pick hotels for my ski trips based on if they have a hot tub as this is a must for the end of the ski day. Because there is a large pool, there are tones of kids, so if your are hoping to have a relaxing hot tub you are out of luck. There are about 30 mins between 6:00 and 6:30 when there are not 15 kids in the hot tub and and a horde of screaming kids in the pool right next to it. I have stayed here a few times and will only stay mid week from now on because this time I couldn't even use the hot tub on Friday or Saturday because of all little kids in it kept it at capacity.

Very comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. Loved the available ski lockers too! Location is very good, quiet, nice pool, sauna and hot tub, Lots of towels available, very clean, although all indoors. The room was cleaned nicely each day, love that! The tv remote was easy to use and was clean! Sweet! We have stayed pretty much everywhere in Jasper, but this was our first time here and we are impressed. I would definitely stay again!

Indoor hot tubs too close to the pool full of screaming kids. Would be perfect if they had outdoor hot tubs for adults to relax after skiing. No microwave in room, but that is ok. Not crazy about these little coffee makers many hotels now have, how do we know people are pouring water in with a clean cup and not the one they are drinking out of? No breakfast, included, but we ordered pizza and an artichoke dip at the restaurant for supper and the spices were not Italian, strange spice and a lot of it. We hit Tim Horton's for breakfast.
