The room was very spacious, the amenities were top notch, everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the Gorge trail. The staff was very friendly.

Great location, beautiful view of the falls, clean rooms
Restaurant service was TERRIBLE! Staff were very friendly but clearly overwhelmed by lack of training and low staffing levels. I contacted the property directly about this. 60 minutes from toast and coffee and 90 minutes from dinner was a bit much. According to friends who’ve stayed there this has been going on all summer
