Staff is not friendly or accommodating

Bed. WR facilities. Ok. Cleaning staff good….TV a bit too small for us hockey nuts! Overall. Ok

Breakfast was very good n front desk service

having the rooms in a different building across the street from the ‘lobby’ was a very confusing situation. also the ‘free breakfast’ included was only for 2 adults even though we booked a room for 4 people - very disappointing and we try to choose locations with breakfast and still ended up paying to feed the whole family

Was okay for a night, location is pretty good, close to the airport and Polo Park, many food options near by, staff is friendly

Bathroom and bedroom could have been cleaner. Pretty noisy (room right to Portage Avenue), air condition did not work that good, room was pretty warm during the night.

Breakfast for kids was not included in the fare. And there wasn't tea bags and a pot in the room. (Coffee only)
