Pleasant!

I expected one rate for all 3 nights; that was not the case. Otherwise, all good.

We were pleased with the convenient location to the centre of town and the clean comfortable room

The breakfast was excellent.

Vending machine options could be better for late night. only take coins, and limited choice

Great place to stay.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent, secure area to store my bike. Good, free internet.

I wish the window opened.

Great visit to Nelson.

We loved the adjacent Italian restaurant!

I wished the windows opened. We all found it hot and stuffy. I think the receptionist should let us know we were getting a room without opening windows.

Most enjoyable and worth repeating in the near future :)

The location is perfect. Breakfast right next door at Marzano was excellent (so was dinner the night before). The entire staff we came in contact with were super friendly and helpful.

The fact that we couldn't stay longer :) We will certainly be back!

Really good breakfast. Big rooms, comfy beds, very good restaurant for dinner right in the hotel, easy parking

Perfect location

Great reception staff, huge room. Daily housekeeping to a high standard. Great hot tub with fresh towels. Amazing restaurant linked to hotel. Just a minutes stroll up the road to where all of the shops & restaurants are.

It was OK with the extras here and there made it expensive

The breakfast was good I had to pay extra to have it delivered to my room as I had a small dog that would bark.If you are calling this a best western plus breakfast should be free

I could have had a room closer to taking my dog out. I booked on a travago site that said dog friendly no place to say I had a dog . My dog cost me a extra 20.00

noisy, stinky, can’t sleep at all!

location breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel was good but long waiting…

- room was very stinky! after we found out bathroom fan did not work, maybe the reason? - heating was really loud. we turned it off but it still working…weird! - fridge was loud too. - insulation was so bad, hear people walking, talking, open and close door!

Great digs, fab location and pleasant staff.

Great location. Walked to everything downtown. Attached restaurant was fab. Good brekkie and tasty pizza. Staff so pleasant.

I would most definitely stay there again.

Reduced breakfast coupon next door was great. Great location and our room location was great as well. Quietest hotel room, I have ever stayed in.

The provided parking towards the late afternoon and evening was full. A business also uses it. We were lucky and got the last spot both times. Not sure where you park since it's all metered on the streets.

gym, and hot tub are good and rooms are cleaned

parking is small and hard to find available spot also price was high.

Great location to reach the highways, shops and restaurants.

Location, restaurant, hot tub.

Room had a constant thrum coming from below and travelling up the wall which made it difficult to sleep. Mechanical room below us? Housekeeping was by request.
