In general clean, small room, great location for theatre and friendly staff
In window air conditioner very very loud. Woke us all night but way too hot to turn off.

The location and staff were great, especially if you want to be near times square. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the room quite cool.
The room was quite small, which is fine, but there was no real sitting area or table or desk or anything. No minifridge. It was just a hotel room with a bed and a dresser and a bathroom. The downstairs lounging area was dimly lit, a fake bar, not really a hang out or working environment, just a place to sit to eat or wait for something with your luggage.
