Everything was great except for the rooms were noisy
Room walls are thin - can hear the room next to me very very easily and clearly

Quiet hotel in a convenient location near Bryant Park. Staff were excellent. Not overpriced compared to many other places in the area I’ve stayed at before.

Location& Comfort It was spotlessly clean
Smoke detector flashing all night .Stayed in another location and did not have the same issue .No sleep masks available .It did cause disturbed sleep

Great location, even though near Times Square it was quiet. Nice little boutique hotel.
When we arrived, we were allocated our rooms but my husband and I were allocated a tiny room and we paid for a larger one, we didn’t realise until the last day and mentioned this to reception. That was really disappointing.
