Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel regarding the deposit.
I was charged a deposit during my stay and was told it would be returned within 5–10 business days. That timeframe has already passed, and I still have not received the money.
I contacted the hotel several times and provided proof of the original charge as requested. The transaction appears in my local currency rather than USD, which I explained to them, but they continued to question the evidence instead of properly reviewing the transaction on their end.
Despite multiple follow-ups and providing the requested documentation, the issue remains unresolved and I have not received my deposit or clear proof that it was actually refunded.
The lack of follow-up and customer service throughout this process was very frustrating. I would strongly recommend keeping all documentation if you are required to pay a deposit at this hotel.

Location was convenient - close to Times Square and 5th Avenue.
Breakfast area was chaotic and small. Elevators were slow
