first of all the service, the people who work here are a dedicated staff, friendly, accommodating, and the breakfast is amazing, specially the scones and waffles and local apples. the location is close to the vibrant downtown area, where all the shops and old architecture are.

The outside shaded area with chairs was great for evening reading. The motel is within walking distance of the Botanical gardens and the view from the bridge is very nice. So many birds were singing, it was a delight for many senses.

No breakfast. View is fantastic.

Quiet place and close to some historic sites.

Might as well not say including breakfast as the breakfast was in a brown bag and given the previous afternoon for the next morning. each bag had one boiled egg, an energy bar, a 1 in piece of cheese, an orange and a juice box. I understand that COVID protocols were in place, but at least eggs should be served fresh in the morning. Leak in the bathroom which we informed but no action was taken. we just didn’t bother following up.

Breakfast was awesome, wasn’t sure what to expect but the bag breakfast had everything … fruit, protein, grains, cheese and even juice. Well done!

I had car trouble and the front desk staff helped me get in touch with someone who fixed it right away.

More a motel type. You can park your car at your room's door! Very quiet and peaceful. 3 minutes drive to George Street were you will find all the attractions of Annapolis Royal.

Everything! It is in a perfect location. Staff is always fantastic. Bed is really comfortable

Clean and comfortable beds.

Decor felt very tired - carpet didn't look clean and should be replaced (preferably with wood or laminate flooring as shown in the booking.com pictures) and the bathroom fixtures were well past their life expectancy - sink chipped and stained - tub stained - flooring old etc.

Room was large and clean. Good view.

Sadly due to Covid breakfast is a bagged ordeal. Not the hotels fault.
