Very clean, basic motel room, perfect for what we were looking for which was an affordable place to stay for the night. Minimal amenities exactly as we expected but the location provides many and what had to be the easiest check-in I have ever had which is so appreciated after a day on the road.
Found the room a bit warm on arrival is the only thing I could possibly add. We were unable to get any form of a/c going but we did not contact the manager in all fairness, he had advised to do that if we had any concerns or issues.

Convenient and excellent communication
No problems

The room was spacious and well laid out.
And just a 10 minute walk to our event.
We weren't able to park in front of the room because it was close to the inside corner of the building.

Shower was good.
No plug-ins, very dated. Small bed.
