Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Midtown

I liked the cleanliness of the place. It was also quiet. The bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were professional.

When I checked in on 10/7/2026, the representative at the front desk told me that breakfast was not included with my reservation. I told her my daughter had specifically made the reservation because breakfast was included . She told me I could only get coffee. We had to go out to buy breakfast the next morning. However, I checked my reservation and it was clear that breakfast was included. I told the other receptionists on Thursday and Friday, and they gave me breakfast coupons. They only asked my room number and checked the reservation details. I was very upset because the representative on the first day misrepresented information and caused us to pay extra money for something we had already paid for.

Room was nice,clean quiet

I don’t know when “room service” turned into you having to go downstairs and pick up your own food. For the high price of not so great food, it should be brought to your room.

Friendliness of staff and delicious breakfst

The room was very nice and clean.

Facility was under renovation. The website listed a pool which site did not have. There was an incident at 3AM on 7/27 which led to the fire department being called. No staff available to assist customers on what needed to be done except for the alert system. The front desk stated we could return to our room, but the fire department stated that we could not until facility had been checked.
