Senator Inn & Spa

Location was great, anything you need is within 10 minutes and it was very close to the UMA-AUGUSTA which is why we traveled up. Facility was clean, pool and hot tub were open as well as a gym that we did not get to check out.

Had no issues, will use this establishment again if we travel up again. Only hiccup we had was a clogged shower drain that we notified staff about a checkout and they were going to fix it. Great place!

I had dinner at Cloud 9 and it was delicious. The servers were excellent.

No complaints.

The Senator Inn and spa is a classic older hotel that was the cat’s meow in its day. It is still cool and classy and the staff is very friendly. It’s not brand-new but it has that classic older style that is really fun.

It really was a lovely place

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Facility and room were clean. Food at restaurant was good at both b reakfast and dinner.

The "economy" queen room we were in hadn't been updated. Bath was tired/in need of renovation, with impossible to decipher shower operation. Room was small, bed overly firm, and lacked a bedside table of any sort on one side. We were located on the second floor, and the only elevator was out of service. So I had to walk up and down stairs repeatedly with a bad knee. $200 is not economy nor value for the quality of room. Restaurant was understaffed, with one server and a manager trying to take care of everything. Main dining area is very loud thanks to enthusiastic guests in the bar area.
