Good breakfast efficient staff
Online booking indicated a walk-in shower, but our room did not have one.
When I brought this up to the hotel staff, she was dismissive and told me this only
applies to handicap access rooms with a king size bed - this is what I was expecting!

It was clean, quiet, a nice relaxing weekend . Close to everything . I look forward to staying again

The breakfast at this Best Western was excellent. In comparison to the Best Western that I visited in the Spring in Wytheville, VA not only was it opened much longer - until 10 AM, but it had a much better selection including biscuits with hot gravy.
Nothing.

Noisy HVAC system.
