The beds were older maybe. My hips ached a bit, and my husband’s back bothered him during the night and the next day.

I liked that they offered breakfast in the mornings. It was a nice way to start the day. The room was nice and spacious and fit our family well. The location was excellent. It was very close to the restaurants we wanted and the outlets.

The only thing that I did not like was that they allowed pets. I am allergic to pet dander and it was in the air. This could be a positive thing for other travelers.

Really like the location and car parking facility. Lady at reception was courteous..

I come from India and for us any 3 star and above hotels will have more service available, at least a restaurant in the hotel and all time coffee etc. I know they provide the coffee maker, but you know sometime you wish to drink one and lazy to make one. To get a drinking water you have to pay, seriously...that's too much. Overall I was not very happy with this Hilton property.. Back in India Hilton properties have much more facilities with lesser amount.

The only thing I noticed that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the nightstand in room 136. The charging port and the clock was sticky and nasty. Also found some random things under the bed when I dropped an earring.
