Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Decent breakfast.
Plastic cutlery. Plastic cups in bathroom. Use of the word "spa" at the pool implies amenities that did not exist, like a jacuzzi or availability of massage.

Location, room was nice and big. Breakfast had lots of options
I requested a pack and play and got notification through Booking that my request was approved. The pack n play was not in our room when we checked in and we went down to ask for it and they only have one (that’s ridiculous) and it was already taken for the night. We requested it the next day and still it was not available. If I knew the approved request would not have be granted, we could have brought our own pack n play and everyone would have slept better.

Staff needs training. Especially the Latin/Hispanic woman at the front desk. Language and comprehension challenges. Pool was over-run past occupancy limits
