Very convenient to get through. Clean with a good breakfast. Staff were friendly. For us it was the fact they were Pet Friendly and there was NO additional charge just a deposit held and returned in case of damage. Great amenity!
Nothing to speak of.

Loved the modern Reno (whenever it was done). I really liked the updates. Everything was as it should be.
I felt that the staff could have been a little friendlier. All interactions were ok but I think it would be nice to arrive and see a smile and a welcome along with a thanks for booking with us. I didn’t get any of that. Checking out was much the same. No “thank you for staying with us, hope you enjoyed your stay “

AC did not work for my parent’s room and in our room was very weak so did not get cold enough at night

"Impeccably clean and comfortable. Even our room without a kitchenette had a microwave and fridge. Friendly staff."
