Super 8 by Wyndham Swift Current

Pool was very nice, staff very polite.

Breakfast fair, carpets in room were clean but stained - told staff as didn’t want to get charged and they knew so that was good.

the first night we were in a handicap room done through booking.com (we did not request it) Talked to awesome Nikki and she had us moved to a similar room that we had in April and it was PERFECT! Staff are the reason we book this hotel... Nikki, Drayden and Sweet Doris are all amazing and are such an asset to this hotel!!! We've been in 3 different hotels since Swift Current and there is no comparison staff wise. Management could put some money in to up grades like carpet and furnishing which would make the rooms homier...

Rooms look antiquated...need up grading to 20th century. Make them more welcoming!!!

The stairs and hallway carpet was terrifying due to age a cleanliness. Happily, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The Wifi was terrible. Kept disconnecting.

Wifi. Carpets in hallway and stair area.

The outside access to the room was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and hot water in the bathroom.

Overall, things are worn and tired looking. The bathroom floor group and caulking were poorly repaired. The interior and exterior doors were dirty looking. The concrete outside the room entrance was a loose gravel mess. The bathroom towels had that well washed old stain discoloration to them. The breakfast was lacking attention when we showed up at 0720. The oatmeal packets contained hardened settled content, I threw the first one out. The milk was empty and we had to ask for some. The coffee lacked any satisfying taste. The attendant was microwaving frozen sausages, which we lost patience waiting for. Another customer pointed out a coffee spill at the counter to which she replied she would get to when she had time. Restocking yogurt was her priority. Please give her a roll of paper towels so she didn’t have to pump the dispense repeatedly to produce long strips for some use. I have no idea if there were any other hot items as nothing was displayed. No observed sense of urgency to have food items ready for the guests. I think the pancake machine was working but again no indication things were ready.
