Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was especially accommodating for my wife, who is handicapped. Accommodations were clean, beautiful pool area, and the fitness facility was well maintained with a variety of excellent equipment.
Nothing really

Good location within walking distance of Downtown Vancouver, Gastown, Chinatown and Granville Island. Plenty of good eateries, pubs and bars close by. Easy access and quiet inside. Nice to have our own kitchen.
Was satisfied that the place met my expectations.

Luz (at the front desk) was exceptional. She was professional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was warm and felt like you were talking with a friend. She also found a place to store my husband's bike while we went and enjoyed our day. She is one of my favorite front desk attendants out of all the hotels we've stayed at!
The other attendants at Hotel Leo were professional and pleasant. Maybe a little cold, though.
This isn't something that can be changed, but may deter me from returning next year. The hotel is right across the street from a strip club. The view out of my window was of the people coming in and out of the club.

The apartment itself is great. We had a one bedroom and it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is opposite a supermarket and a short walk to Yaletown bars and restaurants.
Very unhappy with the maintenance and management of the lifts. During our 5 night stay either one or both lifts were out of service. On check out both lifts were out of service. It was early but if we had been texted we would have left extra time and organised for staff to help with luggage down 11 floors. Staff not proactive at all in this situation.
