Lovely staff, Great suite with a good kitchen.
Lovely breakfast set up!
Coffee table set up tired, needed replaced.
Suite next door very loud throughout night. Could not sleep well. I don’t know why I didn’t call desk.

Wonderful welcome from a real ambassador for the Hilton brand
Room smelled a bit drainy. Helped when we put the plug in the sink of the kitchenette

The room was clean and quiet. Homewood room layouts really suit us - gives a roomy feel that we like.
The pull out coach isn't really comfortable.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Upon checking into the room, we noticed an odor and then found smelly kitchen garbage still in the room. There was mold along the tile/tub. Air vents were covered in dust. There was enough dust/dirt/crumbs between bed and night stands to grow plants. Coming off the elevator one morning, we almost stepped in dog poop on the floor.
