Love the 2 bedroom suites. Comfortable bed, wonderful family space, and great kitchen. Love the use of basketball courts, pool, breakfast Buffett, fire pit sitting area, walking trail, and location.
There is large air conditioning unit that is very loud by the fire pit and outside sitting are. It was super loud so we had to raise our voices out there but otherwise fantastic.

This place was PERFECT!…I have service dogs with me and the rooms were spacious enough for my 2 dogs and my 2 kids!…they have basketball court I sure which meant everything to my boys!…and an indoor pool which entertained them even more and the best part is the hot tub was working!!!!!…EXCELLENT STAY!

Water dripping into our room had to dodge around a bucket and in the nite my kid woke up tripes over the buckets hit his face into the chair at the table. I understand there was construction which no dust which was great but literally the room rite above us is we're it was happening and it sucked no sleep couldn't do my conference meets

The location. The price. The size and accomodations of the room. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The room was not very clean when we arrived. There was a full cup of something still in the microwave. The light fixtures were dusty making room feel dingy. The stove top was not wiped clean as there was clearly an old spill on most of it. The hot tub water in the pool area looked abnormally cloudy as if it required a good cleaning which was a disappointment as that is one of the most important features to us when booking a room.

Breakfast was good, room was very spacious. Conveniently located close to a highway and an area with lots of shopping and dining.
Very loud guests in other rooms, partying past 2 AM. We could constantly smell the smoke coming from other rooms in the hallways and in the room as well.

I like that they finally tried something different for the breakfast menu!
I did not appreciate being talked to and handled by the clerk at check in the way I did! The staff I usually encounter is joy to see but this new staff is very unprofessional and rude!!

Breakfest sucked! They ran out of some food, had no bacon, no french toast , no waffles.
Worse breakfest ever. We ended up going to Dennys down the road
Also they gave us a room right below workers doing work above us with them cutting wood !

Breakfast was nice, hot, and fresh. The staff was very nice.
The room was not really clean. There was a dirty towel still there from the last visit and a dirty pitcher was in the fridge. The room did not appear to have been well scrubbed, cleaned, or restocked. The bed mattress felt worn out and the couch had many stains.

Loved the room, it was so big and comfortable! So very nice to be able to sit on a couch to relax and the kitchen was excellent too!
Breakfast was also excellent, loved the little egg dishes!
If I had any complaints at all it would be the long walk to the room. I actually came across a kid that had gotten lost and couldn't find the elevator. Seemed like the rooms were in a totally different building although connected with zigzaging hallways.
