This is my go- to spot whenever I visit Rochester, NY. It is clean, staff engage with you and are very courteous. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was different everyday with a large selection to choose from.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

It was in a decent stay, convenient to the port. It was close to a few restaurants, which made it easy. The coffee set-up was good.
We didn’t stay late enough to have the breakfast. The staff were polite.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming, breakfast was great, the lobby was good, the room was quiet and easy to get to. The room was large and had plenty of space for our family. The bathroom was very clean.
The room just wasn't as clean as I had hoped. The curtains were ripped, there were stains on the pull out couch and I found some hair in the blankets that were for the pull out. The blanket for the pull out couch had a smell to it.
