Pool had way to much chemicals (chlorine) my children and I received small chemical burns all over our body and face it is multiple days later and we are still experiencing extremely dry skin and hair after shampooing and conditioning my children’s hair are still very brittle and dry due to this excess amount of chlorine in the pool and hot tub. Something needs to be done to change that

Breakfast pictures on your site clearly shows waffle maker and one of the reasons I chose this site was the fact that it shows waffle maker. At Breakfast there were pearl waffles individually wrapped in single bag. I was very disappointed. The day after arrival I notified front desk that toilet was flushing very slow, somethings wrong with it. I was told they would send someone to fix it. Never got fixed. Our room was never cleaned, we had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels because the dirty towels remained on the floor where we left them. The fridge or air system was loud, I recorded it. Front desk said she would write a note about our complaint. Elevator wall looked like it was knocked in and cracked. I understand this property has been redone but for the price you charge I expect better. There was no way of locking the door at night there was a metal slide you push out and that stops it from opening all the way up, however it does open.

The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean as well as our room. There was a hot breakfast, which was delicious. The pool was open, the hot tub was closed our first day, but was fixed by the 2nd day. The area around the hotel had quite a few restaurants and shopping areas, which was great! We will definitely be staying here again!
