Comfy beds, solid breakfast and nice staff
They were not monitoring the coffee and ran out of all caffeinated coffee. Took 15 min to brew and refill. Unfortunate to have that happen durn the peak of breakfast on a Saturday morning.

The bed and room were very comfortable. They provided us with the needed sleep and rest for our visit.
The pillows were too spongey and did not provide sufficient protection desired for my comfort.

They were able to assign adjoining rooms as per our request.
This Hampton Inn is not up to the same standard as most Hampton Inn I have stayed in. We made several phone calls concerning a crib and were told no crib. Had to complain a lot for them to finally come up with a crib for our baby. There was also an overcharge issue that had to be resolved.

"Everything you'd expect from Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great selection at breakfast.
The pool did have a lot of chlorine and did bleach our swim attire a bit."
