We had a wonderful stay at the hotel over the weekend with my family while visiting Smoky Lake for the Pumpkin Fair. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated that a continental breakfast was included, it was great at the Great Bear Cafe.
Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would happily stay here again when visiting the area. Thank you to the staff for making our weekend stay so nice!

Clean and well organized. Also not a huge place, so more comfortable.
The hours. They closed the office early like 8 pm & opened at 9 am. But you could go to the Esso store for help.

Proximity to our event
No elevator, did not replenish coffee pods or clean glassware. One of the beds did not have clean sheets (hair present). Ordered breakfast at restaurant 1st morning - waited over 45 minutes, to find out they hadn’t cooked it yet! Couldn’t wait any longer as we had to be at an event.
