Location, clean, convenience
Be aware: rooms are on the second floor, carrying the luggage could be a challenge for not-so-young people.

Great location - in a leafy suburb, but close to shops, eateries, and easy access to downtown. Close to transit line to airport, downtown/cruise port.
We had a spacious room in the new building with wooden flooring instead of carpet. Comfy guest house with homely facilities (microwave, large fridge, living room with fireplace, porch). Breakfast was good, well-prepared and provides a good start to the day.
Friendly staff who promptly responded to requests; very good value for money considering Vancouver hotel prices.
Would recommend or stay again.
Breakfast ends too early at 9.30; they could at least extend it to 10.00 since checkout is at 11.00. Also the bed was way too soft for me, ended up with backache.
