Sink was clogged.

The rooms were spacious and kept clean.
Didn’t provide water bottles in the room- most Hiltons have complimentary water bottles- especially when it is 105 degrees.

The staff was friendly. The gym had nice equipment.
The pool and hot tub were dirty. The elevator lurched and was quite scary to ride. The shower in our room had hair in it and the water wasn’t hot at all. The bathroom floor also had hair in it and our room smelled like smoke when the a/c was on.

This will be my go-to hotel chain from now on. It was refreshing to see exactly what the pictures online showed. This one was under renovations during our stay but I never heard or seen the work being done. The staff was great and our room was too.

The room was nice, the breakfast was good. The staff were great. Location was good.
The rooom no dresser for clothes. The breakfast was nice, but only one waffle maker, there was a long line for that. There was an incident in the pool where one of my kids found possible feces, the pool was never shut down. There were hand prints in the elevator that were not cleaned for the duration of our stay.

freeway close location. Also close to restaurants and stores.
Outdated, in need of upgrades. Bed was uncomfortable, we were glad to get home to our comfy mattress. Bathroom light was flashing light a strobe.

marginal.. I would prefer ready to go bacon and eggs.. the cook to order is nice but adds time I dont have. the oatmeal is watery and there were only raisins available. No nuts or dried fruit.

Whenever this hotel is available we stay here. Staff is wonderful, breakfast is great. Lobby is clean and rooms are spacious and comfy.

the front desk people were great. we had needs and they were all accomplished with smiles. the breakfast was outstanding. Becky the lady running the area does an amazing job. Becky's Breakfast!! oh and the waffles were awesome
