Nice to have free drinks at happy hour, and a very nice full breakfast. The breakfast includes made to order omelets, and a nice selection of other breakfast fare. The room was very nice and spacious.
Was on the outskirts of KC, but that was fine for us.

The location was great! The staff was excellent!
There was mold around the bathtub. The wall in the corner of the bathroom near the tub had mold around it, the wall paper was coming off. The shower head in the shower was awful. Water didn't come all out of it. The A/C vent was full of dust. The lighting in the room was horrible. There waa a lamp which had a green light bulb in it covered by a dirty sock. There were ants on the nightstand. They did have a great breakfast set up. And when I made the reservation, I specifically asked for a room on the first or second floor ( I get vertigo) instead they put us on the 3rd. floor. Withe they the hotel is set up, I was having a hard time because of my vertigo.
