Truly clean and well maintained facility. Grounds outside were maintained as well.
Front desk was warm and friendly.

The staff were absolutely amazing and most accommodating with my wants and needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was up to par. I will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to my friends traveling there.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The elevators were being fixed or whatever so we all had to use the freight non ac one. The pool was overrun with small kids

I liked the location. He was fast and easy to get to the events I went to Kansas City to attend.

The room itself was very comfy and clean.
The pool was disgusting. We had several kids being unattended by their parents for a soccer tournament and it was by far the nastiest water I have ever seen. We walked in and walked right out. Staff told us our room wouldn't be ready for an hour even when it was ready the whole time. Don't even get me started about the elevators. They have 4 elevators and only one of them worked and the door would open before the elevator came to a complete stop. There were some extra elevators in the Janitors closet that we did not feel comfortable using.

I wanted pool access, a jacuzzi and sauna. this location claimed to be cleaning it the entire evening we were there. the luxury items I was hoping for at this location weren’t even available to me. I could have saved money by booking elsewhere.
for the record.. “closed for cleaning” was interpreted as them not having sufficient staff to clean the area. We were very disappointed that it wasn’t accessible.
