Excellent location. Very spacious. Outstanding bathroom with wonderful shower and separate tub. Plenty of free parking. Very very reasonable cost. Adequate fitness center. Lots of storage space for food and clothing. Highly recommended!
No issues except that one side door was often not closed tightly.

Very convenient location to downtown. In suite laundry and well-appointed kitchenette. Fireplace was nice. Excellent shower and bath. Very quiet, never heard another guest. The workout room was well equipped. Suite was a generous size.
There were some repairs needed. The kitchen tap only turned off if in a specific location. We notified them at departure. The tack strip was poking through the carpet in the bedroom. Ouch! They repaired the tack strip as soon as they were notified.
The bed was too hard. Very uncomfortable. The ambiance in the lobby and hallway was dark and somewhat unappealing. No natural light. Furniture piled up from a renovation.

There was a full kitchen. The location was great.
The only (very, very, very minor) complaint would be that there was no shelf in the shower stall for the shampoo. Everything else was way above average.

The location was great, there were some nice little things in the apartment like coffee and cleaning materials. There are a lot of electrical outlets - and three TVs (which I myself actually do not need). Spacious bathroom with bathtub. All the people in St. John’s are great!
The refrigerator was quite loud and old, the stove, too. The number on the keys was confusing because that was not the number of the apartment. We had expected that the sofa in the living room would be usable as an extra bed.

The location was perfect. Everything was in reach.
The queen size bed in the one bedroom suite needs replacing. We could feel every spring in the mattress.

Excellent location for downtown St John's: walking distance to everywhere, yet extremely quiet and serene. Good off-street parking available. Does not feel like a hotel, but rather one's own apartment, home away from home. Very good kitchen facilities - not simply a kitchenette.
Nothing much, really, apart from that the keys can be accidentally locked inside the unit (locking oneself out) very easily, with no-one (seemingly) on premises after hours/weekends to help out should it happen.

The apartment was well organised and all amenities were great. The location was pretty good too..
Accommodation was not very child friendly. The bed and the mattress seemed old & noisy.

fantastic location, great size suite, and good value. really well-stocked unit.
I stayed in a ground floor unit that did not have a lot of natural light as it was almost like a basement unit. a unit with access to more natural light would have been nice.

Very quiet with ample parking available. Love the location. Coffe shop close by. Great local groceteria just up the road.
No complaints. Can't wait to stay there again.

This apartment/hotel far exceeded what we expected to find.It was so super comfortable and it had everything and then some of what we needed.The location was absolutely ideal and I know 100% that when I will return to Newfoundland,I will be staying there again.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for the comforts of home in a hotel/apartment setting.
There was absolutely nothing to not like about this place.
