Extremely comfortable bed, great location and beautiful bathroom.

Great location, breakfast and accommodation. We particularly enjoyed our private balcony. We also really appreciated Jen's efforts to cool down the rooms during an unexpected heat wave.

The B&B was conveniently located with just a short walk into downtown Victoria. Easy onsite parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Most importantly, Jen (Host) was an absolute super star

Jen is an amazing host. Without ever being intrusive, she is friendly and very helpful. The house is historic and lovely. If you don’t like squeaky floors and noisy door latches, there is a Marriott in town. If you like charm along with comfort and friendliness, this is your place. We loved the location - 10 minutes from downtown yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Breakfasts are outstanding. Each day Jen makes something different but delicious. The room and bathroom are cozy but comfy and perfectly clean. We will be back!

Very clean and comfortable historic house in a great neighbourhood. Only 10 minute walk to all the action in the Inner Harbour and to beautiful Beacon Hill Park. Nice to have free parking, though we walked everywhere. Good breakfast too, and a very nice host.

We were treated to an exceptional breakfast. The house is beautiful, well kept and in a great location. The hostess is a wonderful person and we are looking forward staying there again.

The home was lovely and our room was great. Very clean and homey. Jennifer was a great host and breakfast was delicious. The only inconvenience was having to take our shoes off when entering.
