Free shuttle to sfo, free breakfast, room was clean and of good size, comfy beds

Breakfast area was small, coffee was in the lobby rather than in the breakfast area. Just be aware that shuttle stops at multiple hotels, which they tell you, so plan a little extra time

Had to pay $60 Uber because it was late night, shuttle doesn’t go any more around midnight

Free parking was nice , building seemed secure and staff was friendly

Older building , things like tub didn’t drain correct because of odd slope in center and ironing board was rested and wouldn’t stay up right . Also the free breakfast ain’t worth it

Close to the airport. Easy access. Ample parking. The room was clean and had been redone "somewhat recently". C phone outlets on the light fixture were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it wasn't a bad place, but it didn't live up to what I expected based on reviews, ratings, and price. Booking.com rates it an 8.4, and I'm staying at an 8.6 in Redding which by comparison is a luxury hotel for a much lower price. However, I have stayed at much worse places. The bay area hotels are expensive, so this may not be a bad choice, depending on your expectations.

My main complaint was that the room had a VERY strong offensive odor. I'm sensitive to smells which made it difficult to sleep. I discovered in the morning that the windows opened and was able to let in some fresh air which helped, but too little too late. The breakfast was very basic. A tiny room with very few options. There was a waffle machine, which most people were using but which I don't eat, but otherwise toast, english muffins, some rubbery egg things, and packaged cereal. The coffee was in the lobby not in the breakfast area. There really wasn't a lobby--just the checkin desk. The only ice machine was on the first floor. The plug on the tub didn't work--I had to stuff it with a washcloth to get a bath.
