Location and value. The breakfast was okay and well laid out. Although I had reserved an interior room, when checking in, the desk clerk asked if first floor was okay and of course I said yes. Seems like only the top floor has interior rooms so keep that in mind when choosing a room. It ended up working out for the best as I was just steps away from my car.
Dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Uneasiness due to people meandering around the parking lot.

Room was clean and comfortable
Lobby area was not as clean, elevator was very old and creaky, and the lobby and hallways smelled like pot/cigarette smoke.
