The cabinet was broken in my room, there was a bug in my bed that woke me up by crawling on me. And the room was extremely loud - I could hear everything out in the hall at all hours of the night

Good location and nice lobby.
Rooms were not as expected, certainly didn't meet the expectations. Mattresses were not comfortable and room setup was lousy. Not any different than any airport hotel. You just pay more and don't get a free breakfast.

The location is perfect and amazing for me, friendly staff. I consider the hotel as a second home for me. I started staying in the hotel since its launch 2016 except 2020 and 2021.
The luggage car needs maintenance , and the Tea and Coffee in the lobby should be till 10 am. As the hotel is pet friendly, I need a written confirmation that the bed sheets are perfectly cleaned and sanitized

My bath tub was not draining when showering.Room 409, sent for maintance someone came on but still next day it was the same.

there was picture in the floor from the time we checked in at 3:30 and remained there all night in the hall and a bag of garbage in front of the open linen closet beside the elevator and our room

LOVE the room layout, as it feels very much like a condo rather than a single room with a bed.
Spotless throughout, great facilities and amenities. Pool was clean and well maintained. The staff I encountered were all very nice and helpful. This hotel is the gold standard for me!

Staff was pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. Though I did not jump in the pool this time, my previous visit the facilities were a great addition to my trip. Thanks again for the hospitality!
