It was a nice stay, I enjoyed the quietness since I could work on my thesis between social functions. One of the highlights were Maggie the receptionist very professional, courteous while making guests feel like "family", Adelina the housekeeper is also a great person, unfortunately there are no ATM in the hotel and I could not leave the tip she greatly deserved. Maybe next time... I was also given a complimentary starbucks coffee by Jack, also an asset for the hotel. Overall this was an excellent stay! The staff was wonderful and helped me with printing my school documents when needed. Definitly recommend this hotel!

Very disappointed with the customer service and management team of this hotel. Due to some flight issues the hotel wouldn't work with us and give us a refund for the stay for 2 rooms. They charged us and wouldn't even let us reschedule for another day. Very disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtyard at Marriott! We have stayed at many hotels in Burlington, visiting family, and this hotel far exceeds in every way. The main area is clean and welcoming with a dining room, bar and lounge. Our room was spotless, quiet, and included all the conveniences. Outdoor parking is well lit and location is right next to the QEW, which is very convenient. We did not eat in the dining room so cannot comment. We will definitely stay here next time.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s so nice and clean and the staff was amazing. I stay in slot of hotels and this by far has be one of the better ones. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The hotel was strategically positioned to get on the highway back to Toronto. Next to the convention center was so nice as I needed to be at an event at the center.

We loved it here! The staff are super friendly and were so welcoming to my husband, 5 month old daughter and I. They were really accommodating and we had some lovely chats. Friendliest hotel staff ever! The room was a great size with a big shower and the comfiest bed I've slept in.

I had to cancel the reservation due to COVID. Called Expedia who then got in touch with the hotel. The hotel did not want to issue a refund nor a credit. Even whne i told them that I travel to Burlginton quite a bit for work, our head office is 5 minutes away.
I also got in touch with the hotel and told me that COVID is now considered a normal flu..
Basically Expedia and the hotel were contradicting themselves but ultimately, the hotel had to give the final approval to issue credit or a refund and DID NOT! That is what Expedia told me
There is absolutely no empathy and the answer i received from the manager was tasteless.. Bravo, I will no longer stay there.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean. Only complaint is the hvac system was unbelievably loud. Tough to sleep at night. Hopefully it just our room and the other units are whisper quiet.

I called and asked for early check in twice, I was told room is not ready but someone will call me back - never received a call back or even a text.
I had to change around my entire schedule, going to the hotel at 10pm. The check in was simple a smooth. The room had no coffee or tea. Didn't get this until the next day.
Stayed there from Saturday to Monday, I expected room service but this was not done.
Not a good experience. May not use this hotel again and am a Marriot member.

Front Desk attendant was not helpful. They refused to extend lower rate when it was given to other gusts in my group. Also, they refused to add my BonVoy account number. The reason given is that the my reservation was done through a third party, Expedia.

Your breakfast was ridiculously overpriced and poor. Comical would be accurate. I heard from the management that it is your policy to ruin your hotel by not having buffet breakfasts, and never will. I have no idea why you would adopt such a stupid policy. It is a glaring problem, obvious to anyone staying at your hotel. Otherwise your hotel was excellent. Your breakfast is a zero.

Our stay was excellent and the facility is beautiful. With no complementary breakfast, the bistro on site has delicious food however even though the restaurant is in house they do not offer room service. I think this addition to services would welcome an above and beyond review. The staff was pleasant and interactions with them were professional.
