Very clean. Centrally located. Right next to bar and restaurant. Walking distance to other places. Full kitchen as we like to do some of our own meals when staying in Guelph for several + days!
Parking. A full day in City lot was $30.

The appartment was spacious
My bed was not fixed after sleeping on it

The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable.
The parking situation. I was told it would be 3.00 at the public parking but in reality it was over 30 dollars

The rooms were clean. The space was very comfortable and welcoming. The bed was really cozy.
The coffee maker was really dirty. The kitchen only stocked with the bare necessities....plates, glasses, silverware, frying pans. No water, no sharp knives, no cooking oil. They should make that clear so we can bring absolutely everything we need to cook with.
The parking was a block away in a parking garage and the charge was $30 extra.
