Great location, clean and very responsive staff. Good AC.
A bit small for 4 grown adults or 2 adults with 2 teens. Only 1 queen bed and a couch pull out (not very comfortable)

L’emplacement, idéal avec des enfants car proche d’un escalier.
Bien chauffé et bien équipé. Conforme au photo.
Beaucoup d’escalier et pas d’ascenseur. Difficile pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou des poussettes

La localisation très centrale et proche d’un parking
Appartement est cosy et assez spacieux
Process d’entrée dans les lieux assez simple (bien vous déplacer au 69 car le titre les immeubles de Charleroix porte à confusion)
Très jolie terrasse de toit commune et indépendante de l’appartement
Propreté moyenne et manque de luminosité
Le lit adulte n’est pas adapté il faisait que craquer sur le parquet à peine nous nous tournions
Beaucoup d’escaliers pour les bagages
