The owner is delightful and made us feel most welcomed. She offered very helpful advice on dining and where to get beautiful views around this scenic town. Great visit.
Really had no objections or issues.

Is lovely ,the breakfast with eggs so fresh from the hens in the backyard which was terrific but nobody talks about Anthea the host! She is lovely ,a bundle of energy and helpful tips. She also makes a great cup of tea and decent coffee.5 star all around stay here if you are in Nanaimo .

Perfect central location, a 10 min walk from restaurants. There is a room on the main floor of the owner's home. Both rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. A small private fridge is well stock with drinks. Chocolate treats were a nice touch. You have access to a very large and interesting back yard with lots of trees/bushes, a large chicken coop and quite a few wild rabbits hanging about. The host was very congenial and conversational. There are two adorable wiener dogs who love company!
The room had a mobile AC unit which worked well but naturally created the expected amount of noise. The entrance to the private bathroom (right beside the bedroom) is in the hallway rather than from the room itself.
None of the above were issues for us though.

The host. The location to town. Would stay again in a heart beat.
Nothing all top notch.
