Comfy bed and pillows. Never got a chance to check it pool or hot tub so unsure what they were like but booked based on those amenities and being close to the train, but ended up walking everywhere. Great location. Room was surprisingly quiet so great sleep.
Downside is parking. For the garage it is the cost with the exchange for is for one night is $100. I think outrageous to charge guests this. Should be capped at $25.

Price a bit on the high end, but very acceptable for the incredible location. Easy check in and out. Was given a top floor suite after requesting a high floor room with a nice view. Amazing experience.
The jacuzzi tub was not meant for on foot shower, so was a bit uncomfortable.

This property has a fantastic location super close to Pike Place market. Rooms were super spacious.
And was nice we looked out to the street!
I didn't love that parking was so expensive, we also had some water issues. No hot water and brown water. It eventually went away on its own.
And I think that the elevators are extremely slow.

The location is very good — we were able to walk to the main attractions, the metro station, and lots of restaurants around. The front staff was friendly and offered a postcard and mailing service. The gym and the swimming pool were a nice touch.
Room service was a disappointment— first day, one bed was made one was left out. Second day, they skipped us, even after we requested when we came back early afternoon. Third day, I talked to the front desk in the morning and they made the beds, took away dirty towels but forgot to give us clean ones. Fourth day, no room service and we came back late so I didn’t bother. We left the next morning.
