They were helpful with all the questions I had. We were greeted everytime we got back into the hotel!
The only doen side was parking was down the street paid for 2 nights woth the hotel and I ended up with 2 parking tickets when we checked out the staff will be investigating hopefully it gets resolved soon!

The location is good. Near Pike Place and center
The hotel is surrounded by homeless people and sometimes does not feel too safe.
Also in 4 nights I had to change my room ley no less than 6-7 times. Sometimes the reception was busy and had to wait after coming back from my room which could not get in for this key issue. Btw saw other guests going through the same.

The bed was comfortable. It was walkable to several attractions
The room was tiny. Although centrally located the surrounding area was hard to walk thru. The streets smelled like irine and too many homeless people

"The closeness to Space Needle and a short uber ride to the Public Market. Having the Bitch Biscuit next door for breakfast was a bonus. The staff was superb."
