Nice room in a quiet location within 5 minutes of bars and restaurants in Le Roch area and transport to the city.

The installation of the air con unit was a little worrying. The big window was left wide open and a sheet of plastic was taped over the opening with a hole cut in it for the pipework to reach the outside. Not the best for security and will not be any use in the winter when it’s freezing. The TV would not show any channels.

Convenient to the Old Quebec City. The host tried to help us when we got trouble. We were enjoined in the staying. All facilities are functional.

Maybe only the raciest security in the residential building at the beginning. I think majority of the Quebecers are friendly.

Clean and well-equipped with everything you need. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Lockers are available, which is very convenient. The place feels very safe and quiet, and the kitchen is great, with all the necessary amenities. The area is central and close to the grocery store and train station.

A lot of steps to get to Old Quebec, the area felt a little rundown. Not ideal if you do not have a car.

Our room was very spacious. Rather than a standard hotel room, it was a studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. Everything was modern, spotless, and well organized. It was especially comfortable for us, as we were travelling with our three-year-old son. There was plenty of space for all three of us, including his travel cot. The hotel is not located in the heart of Old Québec, but it is in a convenient location: close to the train station and about a 20-minute walk from the historic centre. We also made use of the hotel's laundry facilities, which were excellent and very convenient during our trip.

The only downside was the refrigerator, which was extremely noisy. Falling asleep wasn't always easy because of the constant humming. Unfortunately, it was much louder than expected.
