The location was very good, with nearby conveniences and a short walk to the historic part of the city. The room and beds were comfortable. The area was quiet. The food in both the evening and breakfast restaurants was very good. The reception staff were polite and helpful.
The service in the restaurant where we had dinner was slow and inattentive.

Like the location. Easy access to Old City. Lots of eateries in the neighborhood. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Would recommend to friends.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean.
The location was a 20 minute walk from the centre and the surrounding streets were dirty. I would not recommend a woman walking on her own in the evenings.

Good location
Smokers very close to door so it smelt bad in reception, unwelcoming atmosphere
Generally the room smelt like stale food or dogs
Needs thoroughly cleaned
Assume last customers name stored on the TV, it was not mine
We pre-paid the room and were charged on arrival and again when we checked out. Luckily we noticed and able to rectify quickly but it’s bad for anyone who doesn’t notice.
